I/O Modules

I/O modules are the field-side building blocks of any distributed or rack-based control system, translating real-world signals into data the controller can act on — and sending commands back out to field devices. This category spans a broad selection of digital input and output modules, analog and HART-capable modules for process signals, and specialty modules such as RTD, thermocouple, frequency counter, and communication adapter types. Controls engineers, system integrators, and panel builders will find modules suited to standard industrial environments as well as hazardous-area installations rated for Zone 1, Zone 2, Class I Division 2, and intrinsically safe applications. Common selection criteria include point density, signal voltage and current range, protocol support (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, DeviceNet), and hazardous-location certification. Supporting hardware such as base chassis, extension chassis, power supplies, and slot covers is also stocked to complete a full I/O assembly.
