Order Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after the cutoff are processed the next available business day.
Tracking information is provided automatically once your shipment is transferred to UPS.
Backorders
Some products may be available for backorder. When listed as "Available on Backorder", any in-stock warehouse inventory ships immediately. Remaining quantities ship once replenished, typically within 1–2 weeks.
Our team will contact you directly with lead time and shipment schedule details for backordered items.
