We verify the item is in stock at our Charlotte, NC facility and confirm pricing. If the item is not in our warehouse, we check our supplier network for the fastest available source.
Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Select UPS Next Day Air at checkout for next-business-day delivery. All shipments are handed to UPS by 6:00 PM ET.
Expedited Shipping Options
UPS Next Day Air
Delivery by the next business day. The recommended option for machine-down situations and production-critical orders.
Order before 4:00 PM ET for guaranteed next-business-day delivery to most US addresses.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Delivery within two business days. A cost-effective expedited option when the situation is urgent but not immediately critical.
UPS 3 Day Select
Delivery within three business days. Suitable for time-sensitive orders where standard ground shipping is not fast enough.
UPS Ground (Free)
Delivery in 2–5 business days. Included free on every order shipped to the continental United States. No minimum order required.
What to Know
Same-Day Processing
All orders placed and confirmed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after the cutoff ship the next business day.
Tracking information is emailed automatically once the shipment is transferred to UPS.
Product Availability
Our warehouse in Charlotte, NC stocks Allen-Bradley and Siemens controllers, drives, I/O modules, HMIs, power supplies, and networking equipment.
If an item is not in stock, we can often source it from our supplier network within 24–48 hours. Call us for current availability on specific part numbers.
Payment & Purchase Orders
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for immediate processing. Qualified businesses and institutions can pay by purchase order with approved net terms.
