Bulletin 100-C Contactors

The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100 Contactor family is a broad line of IEC-rated electromagnetic contactors and associated accessories covering AC-3 current ratings from 9 A through 97 A (and beyond into the E-frame series), designed for motor switching and load control in industrial panel applications. Catalog numbers follow a structured format: the bulletin prefix identifies the configuration (100 = single contactor, 104 = factory reversing pair), followed by a frame designator (-C = standard IEC, -K = miniature, -S-C = safety), a two- or four-digit current rating such as 09 (9 A), 23 (23 A, 11 kW at 400 V), or 97 (97 A), a coil voltage code (B = 480 V/60 Hz, T = 400–415 V/50 Hz, ZJ = 24 V DC, among others), and an auxiliary contact suffix (10 = 1 N.O., 01 = 1 N.C., 00 = none). The optional prefix U before the coil code specifies load-side coil terminations. Beyond the contactors themselves, the family spans a wide catalog of accessories including timing modules (such as the 100-ETBKJ180 off-delay, 0.1–3 s on-delay 100-KT3S, and DC-coil 100-ETAZJ3), reversing wiring kits (100-PWNM23M, 100-PWNM37M), terminal lugs, and terminal enlargements for higher-frame contactors. Full catalog-number details and selection tables are available in the Bulletin 100 Contactor Technical Data (100-TD013).
