Bulletin 160 to PowerFlex 520-Series Adapter Plate Install
This document is the installation instructions for the Bulletin 160 to PowerFlex 520-Series Adapter Plate, catalog numbers 25-MAP-FA and 25-MAP-FB. It covers mechanical assembly, drive installation, wiring of the adapter plate to the Power Module, and terminal block torque and wire size specifications. Series B design adds two wires for dynamic brake resistor connection (BR+, BR-). The instructions apply to Frame A and Frame B adapter plate variants.
