The 5069-IB16 is a 16-channel 24VDC sinking digital input module in the Allen-Bradley Compact 5000 I/O platform. Each channel reads 10–32VDC discrete signals through a shared SA power return with configurable input filters from 0–50 ms for noise rejection. The module supports reverse polarity protection, pulse latching, pattern matching, and field power loss detection. Compatible with CompactLogix 5380, Compact GuardLogix 5380, and CompactLogix 5480 controllers via the local 5069 I/O bus or remotely over EtherNet/IP.

Description
Allen-Bradley 5069-IB16
Compact 5000 16-channel 24VDC sinking digital input module for CompactLogix 5380 and Compact GuardLogix 5380 controllers. Reads discrete field devices including pushbuttons, limit switches, proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, and relay contacts. Mounts on standard 35mm DIN rail with direct side-bus connection to adjacent modules.
