Allen-Bradley 5069-ECR
The Allen-Bradley 5069-ECR is a required end cap for CompactLogix 5380, Compact GuardLogix 5380, and CompactLogix 5480 control systems, and for 5069 Compact 5000 I/O EtherNet/IP adapter systems. The end cap installs on the right side of the last module in a 5069 backplane and covers the exposed backplane interconnect contacts. Without the end cap installed, powering the system can cause equipment damage or shock injury from exposed interconnections. The 5069-ECR ships with every 5380 controller and 5069 EtherNet/IP adapter as a standard inclusion, and is available as a replacement / spare part when building additional backplane configurations or replacing a damaged end cap.
