The 1746-OW16 provides 16 normally-open relay contact outputs for the Allen-Bradley SLC 500 modular PLC platform. Each output is a hard contact relay capable of switching AC loads up to 265V or DC loads up to 125V. The module is organized as two banks of 8 outputs, each with an independent common terminal, making it suitable for mixed-voltage applications. Commonly used to control solenoids, motor starters, contactors, and pilot lights in industrial automation systems.
